I’m a former professional ballet dancer, choreographer, and improvisational dance artist. I teach movement classes that help you learn to LISTEN to your body. My happy place is improvising from the heart and sharing joy in the world! Dance makes me happy! I’ve created this business to share with you the tools I’ve learned over the years to come into my body with more awareness, so we can live with hearts and eyes open to the wonder, beauty, and depth of life.
